Package Your Eyewear
Place the glasses, protective case, and microfiber cloth securely in the original box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new frames within 3-5 business days.
